Cancellation Policy
To cancel a booking free of charge, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled class time will be charged in full to your account or incur a $45 late cancellation fee.

Device-Free Studio Environment
To respect the privacy and safety of all clients, we do not allow open laptops, filming, photography, or Instagramming in-studio.
You are welcome to flow in and out of class as many times as needed to use your computer or phone outside. Thank you for helping us make Studio 13 a safe place for all!
Refund Policy
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for packages you have purchased. You may transfer your unused credits to someone else, but no refunds can be issued. Thank you!
Kids & Teens in the Studio
Studio13 welcomes teens age 16+ to participate in group classes and private sessions with an accompanying adult. The adult does not need to participate but must remain present for the duration of class.
Due to the dangers of the Pilates equipment in-studio, kids and teens under age 16 must be accompanied by another designated caregiver during your group class or private session.
If childcare is an issue, please contact Dr. Lord about online classes. Thank you for understanding.
